Role Description

Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in the Okara District, responsible for promoting the institute’s training programs and growing enrollment. On a day-to-day basis, the role identifies and engages prospective learners, conducts outreach through calls, visits, and events, and presents program benefits in a clear and compelling way. The specialist develops and executes basic marketing campaigns, supports social media and local promotional activities, and collaborates with trainers and administration to align messaging with the institute’s offerings. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with current and potential learners, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and providing feedback to improve services and promotional strategies.
