Sales and Technical Representative – Machine Tools

SA - Gauteng, BenoniWe are recruiting for a Sales and Technical Representative with proven experience within the machine tools industry.

Key Responsibilities

Open and close the branch daily, supported by an Admin/Sales Assistant.

Develop, maintain, and grow existing customer relationships.

Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities.

Prepare quotations and manage customer correspondence.

Process sales-related administration using Microsoft Office and email systems.

Oversee the loading and offloading of stock, including customer deliveries and incoming stock from Head Office.

Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot minor machine-related issues on-site.

Liaise with and coordinate external service technicians for warranty and non-warranty repairs.

Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
