Sales Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of all areas within the branch.
Ensure products are neatly arranged and properly displayed for presentation.
Conduct montly stock counts for frames and sunglasses when assigned.
Manage the cashier counter as and when appointed.
Maintain proper filing and organization of all relevant forms.
Receive incoming parcels or documents and follow up accordingly.
Attend to all customers promptly and professionally.
Provide clear, detailed information and specifications about company products to customers.
Continuously learn and upgrade knowledge of relevant products and technical skills.

Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma/degree in a related field is a plus
Candidates with at least 1 year of retail or optical experience will have an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English, Malay additional language would be an added advantage
