- Assist Sales Managers in preparing quotations, product presentations, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate between customers, the technical team, suppliers and team to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
- Handle initial inquiries from clients and provide basic product information.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales support role for Industrial Machinery, Electrical Testing Equipment, or the Automotive Industry.
- Conversational high to communicate with foreign customers and other branches
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
