Order Review and Validation: Review all incoming purchase orders for accuracy. Validate that customer part specifications and pricing are currentPurchase Orders and Processing: Create and issue purchase orders (POs) to fabricators. Assist with issuing processing orders to the inside sales team as required for raw materialsMaterial Transfer and Logistics: Ensure materials are transferred to fabricators in a timely manner. Manage procurement and logistics of fabricated parts, including both incoming and outgoing shipmentsDocumentation and Coordination: Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for fabricated parts shipping to customers.
