Sales Assistant

Overview

Assist customers in finding products, providing detailed information, and offering recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing by maintaining product displays and inventory.
• Handle transactions at the register, process returns or exchanges, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
