High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus. Proven experience in retail or sales roles, ideally with at least 1‑2 years in a customer‑facing position. Familiarity with CRM software and point‑of‑sale systems to streamline customer interactions. Multilingual abilities are preferred, particularly in languages relevant to the customer base.
