Job Description
Customer-focused sales assistant to handle inbound enquiries, quotation follow-ups and order processing for our laser cutting and fabrication services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone, email and web enquiries
- Process quotations and purchase orders in our ERP system
- Coordinate with production for lead times and delivery
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confident with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools
- Engineering or manufacturing background a plus
