Sales Backoffice Administration

The Sales Backoffice Team for Order to Delivery (OTD) manages the central OTD delivery across Europe. This role reports to local management and is guided by HQ (SC/SDP), the business area responsible for the RotF project (agency model) .

As a Specialist, you will act as the final gatekeeper , ensuring customer orders are accurate, compliant, and ready for delivery. Your work will be key to maintaining operational excellence and delivering a great customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Review and verify customer orders and amendments
• Check commercial aspects (solvency, discrepancies, deadlines, delivery conditions)
• Ensure compliance before releasing orders
