Job Description
Job Purpose:
Seeking a Sales Capability Manager to lead on-ground capability building for field sales force. This role will be responsible for training, coaching, and uplifting performance across sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handhold and coach field sales teams through structured on-the-ground training
- Drive capability enhancement aligned to business goals and market realities
- Lead junior trainers and ensure consistent delivery across regions
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps and design interventions
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of strong field sales + training experience
- Preferably from FMCG or Telecom sectors
