We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Coaching Expert to join our Branches Strategy Team.

Your mission is to support the 29 branches in achieving their targets , embedding a data-driven, execution-focused culture and ensuring continuous performance improvement, combining data insights and first-hand knowledge gained through regular on-site visits to branches.

As a Sales coaching expert you will:
