Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer service, retention, and telesales of short courses to existing clients/members.
• Obtain a thorough knowledge of the courses being marketed.
• Accurately capture customer and potential customer details.
• Proactively seek out new ways of promoting employer products.
• Provide daily reports on targets achieved.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Matric
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience essential.
• Customer service oriented.

Package & Remuneration

R6,500 - R8,500 basic + good commission structure.
