Location: 195 Canam Cr., Brampton, ON L7A 1G1 – the Brampton Auto Mall.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions, giving customers consideration and respect, understanding their needs, and consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Answer customer service phone calls related to car sales inquiries and keep customers informed about vehicle delivery and pick‑up.
• Ensure customer car quotes are competitive and reasonable.
• Project a positive attitude for the benefit of customers and fellow employees.
• Read, understand, and adhere to all rules, regulations, and procedures required by the employer and in compliance with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
