Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs and preferences
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice to guide customers through their purchasing decisions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step
• Stay up to date of current furniture trends and promotions to maximise sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in furniture sales or a similar retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
