Requirements Dial and connect Work through existing customer lead campaigns and cold lead campaigns with consistent energy and high activity, opening conversations from a cold start. Take live transfers from lead warmers, pick up the conversation smoothly, and carry the client through to a sale. Understand and advise Present quotes clearly, explain product features, benefits, exclusions and costs in plain language, and handle objections without pressure.
