As a Sales Representative in the Reconstruction Division you will be responsible for launching, promoting, and selling a specific product range to orthopaedic surgeons across a defined territory in Cape Town. Your role will include providing continuing education on the correct application and usage of these products and giving surgeons support during procedures with up‑to‑date literature and practical demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans that exceed sales targets across provincial and private hospitals.
• Maintain a disciplined calling pattern (theatre operating days, in‑room appointments) with a continuously updated diary and clear call objectives.
• Deliver one‑on‑one detailing, in‑service training, workshops and practical demonstrations using approved materials and clinical literature.
