The Sales Consultant is responsible for managing all aspects of the new or used car sales process from the point the customer walks into the dealership to the point of vehicle delivery and beyond. The Sales Consultant aims to build an ongoing relationship with customers to create brand loyalty and the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role is results oriented and focused on delivering a personalized retail experience while becoming a product knowledge expert. The Sales Consultant works as a team player to foster strong relationships with personnel across the dealership and to support sales targets.
