Sales Consultant - Whakapitu Visitor Centres

We're on the hunt for the ultimate sales champion to join our Queenstown Visitor Centre Team, selling RealNZ experiences and ensuring operational smoothness for Coach, TSS Earnslaw and Rafting experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and identify sales opportunities for our experiences and accommodation
• Maximise each sales opportunity by determining individuals' requirements to achieve results
• Create reservations for experiences and accommodation, confirming bookings
• Influence guests with your passion to book a 'must see' experience
• Deliver exceptional guest experience, including answering general enquiries
• Demonstrate expert knowledge to effectively sell RealNZ experiences
• Coordinate passenger manifests, ticketing and itineraries
