Job Description:


We are looking for a Sales Coordinator responsible for handling sales order processing, invoice preparation, PO management, E-Way Bill generation, and coordination of material dispatch. The role involves close coordination with sales, accounts and vendors to ensure timely and accurate order execution.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Prepare GST invoices, Proforma invoices, and Sales Orders




  • Generate E-Way Bills and manage dispatch documentation




  • Coordinate material dispatch with couriers and transporters




  • Maintain sales, invoice, and dispatch records




  • Handle customer and internal coordination for order fulfillment




Requirements:




  • Graduate (Commerce preferred)
