Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and reports.
- Maintain customer records and update sales databases.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries and payments.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics departments.
- Monitor sales targets and prepare performance reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience as a Sales Coordinator or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
