Job Description
Sales Coordinator
- Salary: $2800 - $3800
- AWS Bonus & Performance Bonus
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm + Alternate Saturday 8am to 12pm. Saturday no need report to office - WFH
- Location: Penjuru Lane (Company transport provided from Jurong East)
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders and service agreements for customers.
- Handle customer enquiries on rates, schedules, equipment availability and service offerings.
- Coordinate bookings and space arrangements based on customer requirements.
- Support Sales Managers in rate negotiation and contract administration.
- Liaise with internal departments including operations, equipment control, documentation and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
