Responsibilities- Knowledgeable in Sales processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
- Able to do Quotation and handle high volume of inquiries through emails & phone calls
- Perform strong back-end administrative support to outdoor sales team
- Ensuring projects adhere to agreed plans and schedules
- Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documents for tenders
- Connect/maintain with key customer contacts as required
- Proactively source for new sales opportunities through existing lead follow-up
- Follow up with customers to ensure approvals and payments are received on time
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to facilitate smooth daily operations
