Job Description
Pay range: $48,000 CAD to $62,000 CAD. Salary is determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. If the role is unionized, compensation follows the current collective agreement. Where applicable, this position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus plan.

Reporting to the General Managers, the Room Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team for both Le Germain Hotel Maple Leaf Square and Le Germain Hotel Toronto.
What you will do
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Act as the primary contact for rooms-only groups—ensuring all group block details are accurate in the PMS, handling rooming lists, setting up billing, and ensuring all preparations are complete
