SALES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities Ensure all customer orders are processed promptly and accurately, sales invoices are closed upon delivery completion, and deliveries are fulfilled in a timely manner. Prepare and ensure monthly sales reports are completed accurately and submitted on time. Maintain and update customer profiles and sales records systematically. Support and assist the Sales & Marketing team in managing and resolving customer complaints professionally. Provide administrative and operational support for customer service functions. Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience. Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced working environment. Able to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
