Job Description
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain ATM sales data in the company's proprietary software.
- Record and track monthly installment/payment schedules for each ATM sale.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of sales records.
- Update customer information and sales status as required.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Identify and report discrepancies or missing information.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, sales administration, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to learn new software and business processes quickly.
