Virtual Sales Specialist – Cisco ThousandEyes (APJC)

The role focuses on building and executing AI‑driven outbound demand generation campaigns for Cisco ThousandEyes, delivering pipeline and qualified leads to Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute AI‑powered outbound campaigns, both one‑to‑one and many‑to‑many, targeting appropriate personas and accounts.
• Perform just‑in‑time campaign execution around market events, network outages, or new product launches, launching outreach within hours.
• Own the full top‑of‑funnel lifecycle: sourcing new contacts, multi‑channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, social media), and nurturing responses to qualified handoff.
• Qualify leads through discovery, aligning customer needs with ThousandEyes solutions and providing a clear handoff to Account Executives.
• Follow up on all event participants, moving them to active prospects with personalized outreach.
