Sovereign Insurance Group is launching a new SDR hiring cohort and is seeking multiple motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our team on August 3, 2026 .
This is a structured development role for people who want to build a long-term career in commercial insurance sales.
You will start alongside a group of peers, train together, learn the business together, and build the foundation to eventually move into a commercial insurance producer role.
You do not need prior commercial insurance experience or prior sales experience.
What matters most is drive, coachability, communication ability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn a complex but rewarding industry.
