Responsibilities

Phone
  • Answer calls within 3 rings according to company guidelines
  • Pass messages on efficiently
  • Running campaigns to existing customers
  • Following up on new leads that come in



  • Cold Calling
  • Phone the companies provided
  • Follow the scripts
  • Call at a minimum rate of 100 calls/day. Target 140+ calls/day.
  • Have a minimum of 20 meaningful conversations/day
  • Book a minimum of 1 demo/day. Target 3/day for Sales Team
  • Send email confirmations and further information as requested.
  • Add notes to HubSpot for each call
  • Schedule the demo within 7 days of the call
  • Complete the tick sheet at the end of each day
  • Update the Sales Manager each day with demos booked and the days results
