AYS, a division of ATS Global, specializes in Siemens Digital Industries Software solutions. We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Spanish industrial market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and open new accounts in the Spanish industrial market.
• Develop solid sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close profitable deals.
• Coordinate with technical and pre‑sales teams to align customer requirements with solutions.
• Maintain and update the CRM system for effective management and communication.

Qualifications

• Proven sales orientation, ideally with a technical background (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent).
• 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B consultative sales.
• Experience selling industrial digital or engineering solutions, especially in complex technical environments.
