Job Description

The Sales Director will serve as the commercial engine, owning the full revenue cycle from strategic planning through execution. Reporting directly to the founding leadership team, this individual will be responsible for scaling our domestic distribution in Mexico while driving international commercial growth across priority markets outside the United States.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You will manage a small but high-performing sales team, build and nurture distributor relationships, and make the kind of bold commercial decisions that define a brand’s trajectory.
