Job Description
Sales & Education Manager – Madrid, Paris, or Milan (three separate roles)
This is a high‑impact, on‑the‑ground role where you will spend the majority of your time in stores, visiting 100+ doors to educate, motivate, and drive performance through exceptional product storytelling and relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own field sales & education execution across a large retail territory
- Visit 100+ retail doors, bringing the brand to life through education, training, and in‑store support
- Deliver engaging product training to Beauty Advisors and store leadership
- Drive sell‑out through relationship building, side‑by‑side selling, and activations
- Gather market insights, competitor activity, and field feedback
- Support launches, events, and key retail moments
- Travel extensively within the territory (true field role)
