About The Role
As the founding member of our new sales enablement function, you’ll shape how Gallagher Security sells, arming regional teams with the tools, insights, and resources to translate our product depth into real market impact.
You’ll work across regions, product, marketing, training, sales operations and pricing to remove barriers, build alignment and create a practical enablement rhythm that supports stronger commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with regional sales teams and Head Office stakeholders to understand what’s getting in the way of effective selling and coordinate the right support to remove those barriers.
- Design and run a regular sales enablement forum that becomes a go-to channel for sharing updates, surfacing in‑region requests and shaping a future‑focused enablement roadmap.
