About The Role
We are on an exciting growth journey in the Nordics and our sales organization is transforming fast. To support this, we are looking for a Sales Enablement & Operations Manager Nordics – a critical role at the heart of our commercial performance.
Location: Stockholm / Oslo / Copenhagen / Helsinki (flexible)
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Nordic
Responsibilities
Enable the Nordic sales organization to perform at its best, every day. Strengthen execution across our sales streams by identifying risks and opportunities in pipeline and performance, driving adoption of sales methodologies and playbooks, supporting managers and teams in turning insights into action, and ensuring consistency, structure, and speed in how we sell.
