Develop & implement effective business plan (sales coverage and competency development) to support Brand Portfolio's mission & growth plan.

Develop a strategy to recruit new distributors and resellers guided by effective territory management

Develop and maintain a motivated distribution network to become market leaders in the Industrial and professional market segment
