Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Sales Inquiries, Quotation, technical discussions for RFQ with Customers.
Manage Basic Sales administration function including sending out invitations to New Customers approved by management.
Follow up with existing Customers and create additional Sales Volume.
Prepare Presentation slides for New Customers and resolve Customer Pain points to create opportunities for business advancement.
Prepare realistic forecasts for each customer quarterly.
Create new contacts and develop new businesses beneficial for the Company.
Fully responsible for Sale accounts receivable, ensuring zero bad debts.
Keep track of Sale Costing against BOM Target set and controlling expenditure against Sale amount.
Submit monthly sales forecast against actual performance report timely.
Submit Sales Purchase Budget for Special Projects.
Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.
