Job Description

Your tasks: 
The Sales Engineer supports customers in Thailand by providing product selection and technical advice for our Energy & process cooling portfolio. The position combines technical expertise with practical requirements from the field to ensure that customers receive accurate recommendations and reliable solutions. While communication with customers and commercial preparation are part of the workflow, technical responsibility remains the primary focus.
Sales and Market DevelopmentCoordination with existing customers and developing new customers.Market research to identify new trends, needs and potential clients.
Technical/ Engineering SupportResponding to technical questions from customers via email or phone.Providing technical advice and participating in technical discussions with customers.Creating technical calculation and documentation.Inquiry to price calculation (PCA) in coordination with EPC office.
