Job Description

Responsibilities
:Identify and secure new customers across Auckland and the Lower North Island.
Drive growth against clear regional targets.
Maintain a strong field presence.
Manage and grow existing customers within the territory.
Strengthen retention through proactive engagement and service delivery.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Manage territory pipeline, forecasting and CRM accuracy.
Work alongside wider team across NZ and Fresh divisions.
Maintain strong internal alignment with Sales leadership.
 
 About You:
Demonstrated experience in both new business development and account management.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage territory performance.
Autonomous and comfortable covering a broad region.
Experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or fresh produce sectors preferred.
