• Handle inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email
• Provide professional advice to prospective clients and convert enquiries into bookings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and stakeholders
• Meet individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity on the CRM system
• Ensure smooth handovers to internal teams and maintain clear communication throughout the customer journey
• Keep referral partners informed of enquiry and booking progress
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the business professionally at all times
