Job Description

            Sales Executive Salary : £35,000-£40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£50k–£70k OTE)  
Location : East London The Role  
We’re looking for ambitious and confident Sales Executives to handle warm inbound enquiries and guide customers through selecting the right health, life or income protection insurance. This is a fully phone-based, consultative sales role with no cold calling . What You’ll Do  
Speak with customers who have requested quotes online  
Complete fact-finds and understand needs, budgets and medical history  
Use a market-leading quoting system to compare policies  
Recommend suitable insurance products  
Work towards achievable KPIs (quality, referrals, cancellations)  
 Salary & Commission £35,000 basic salary  
Uncapped commission – realistic £50k–£70k OTE  
Top earners £100k+  
Quarterly percentage increases based on performance (15% → 25% → 30%)  
 Hours Six-week rotating shift pattern...
