Job Description
In-Store Merchandising
- Ensure full product availability on shelves at all times
- Maintain proper shelf display facing and brand visibility
- Follow planograms and merchandising standards
- Check stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations
- Rotate stock using FIFO system to avoid expiry issues
- Coordinate with store managers for replenishment
- Implement promotions, displays and POS materials
- Set up gondola, end-caps and secondary displays
- Ensure correct pricing and promotion visibility in stores
- Build strong relationships with store staff and supervisors
- Support sales team in securing shelf space and visibility
- Report competitor activities and pricing
- Daily visit reports with photos before and after shelf execution
