Job Description
Job Location: Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort
ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all sales activities and work in line with the Sales plan for the various market segments to exceed hotel revenue and targets. Promote the hotel brand, contract new business, and maximize revenue. Establish outstanding business relationships within local, domestic, and international markets. Monitor competitor activities and market intelligence. Attend travel functions, sales roadshows, and organize sales trips to promote the hotel. Receive training to become a confident sales professional and achieve exceptional results. Report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, who will provide coaching and support.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Pro‑active, self‑motivated, tackle challenges
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a 5‑star Hotel
