This role will be based in our Madrid office.

Responsibilities

  • Own agency & brand relationships as the primary contact; keep the pipeline moving from prospecting to close.
  • Develop new business in priority categories; tie proposals to sports moments and client objectives.
  • Design and pitch integrated solutions (OTT/Linear, sponsorships, branded content, social, programmatic) with cross‑functional partners.
  • Drive operational excellence with disciplined CRM, reliable forecasting, and proactive issue resolution with Ad Ops.
  • Collaborate for impact by creating sales collateral and sharing market intelligence, win/loss learnings, and category playbooks.

Qualifications

  • 2‑3 years’ experience in a commercial or sales‑oriented environment; experience in TV/OTT/digital media sales, closing integrated campaigns; agency‑savvy, consultative approach.
