Horario: Lunes a domingo, 2 dias off - 1 dia off entre semana y otro el fin de semana.

Franja horaria de 8:30 am a 7:30 pm CST, turnos de 9 horas (incluye 1 hora de lunch)

Salario bruto mensual: 17000

Estructura de Comisiones:

• $1 por hora trabajada si se alcanza el KPI de tasa de cierre (70%).
• $1 por venta de membresías.

Job description:

• Inbound calls for catalog sales.
• Provide excellent customer service to retain and attract new customers.
• Be available on the phones for 82% of the shift.
