Sales Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures the timely and accurate preparation of sales order, follow‑up of account collectibles and timely scheduling and execution deliveries.
• Attend to and handle customer queries and complaints.
• Contact and qualify new customers via phone, email, e‑commerce and social media platforms.
• Manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, follow‑up on leads and tracking progress towards meeting sales goal.
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients.
• Handle client queries.
• Meet sales quotas.
• After‑sales support.
• Must be aware of local channel structure, emerging trends and competitors' activities in the market.
• Build on‑going tasks.
