Qualifications
- Matric
- Relevant Diploma or Certificate in Sales or Customer Service (desirable)
- 5 years experience
- Customer Service Firmware Software
- Cold Calling Compiling Proposals
- Working within a digital environment
- CRM Systems
- Working on/with Windows or IOS IT Systems
- Client Relationship Management
- Understanding medical devices / audiology is desirable
Responsibilities
- Responsible to generate leads and sales, manage and maintain customer relationships and increase revenue from existing customers.
