Job Description

Responsibilities Achieve exhibition, sponsorship and revenue sales targets. Prospect, pitch and close new exhibitors, sponsors and commercial partners. Manage renewals, rebookings, upselling and cross‑selling opportunities. Maintain and prioritise an accurate sales pipeline and database. Reactivate dormant and lapsed clients through structured follow‑ups. Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Monitor market trends, competitor events and industry developments. Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting and pipeline updates. Manage floorplan allocations and support commercial event planning. Focus on high‑probability sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates. Qualifications Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. 3–10 years’ B2 B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
