Qualification
Matric / Senior Certificate
Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years in IT related field (mandatory)
Job Description
- Receive email and telephonic enquiries (main functions)
- Quote as required within 4 hours of receiving enquiry
- Follow up on quotes and process sales orders as needed
- Call allocated customer base on a regular basis
- Cold call / acquire new clients on an ongoing basis
- Attend all sales and product training as required
- Complete daily customer call log sheets
- Update customer database on an ongoing basis
- Create sales plan approach for each major customer per product group
- Carry out any other instruction as required by Management
