Job Duties
:
Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of Sales Representatives.

Assist in managing the daily operations of the sales floor. 

Support and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets. 

Work directly with customers to assist with negotiations and closing deals. 

Assist in training, coaching, and develop sales staff. 

Monitor salesperson activity including follow-ups, appointments, and lead management. 

Complete monthly formal reports of Sales team performance. 

Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.

Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner. 

Maintain accurate records.

Provide sales representatives with up-to-date product information.

Address customer inquiries and concerns.
