Sales Head, West Malaysia General Trade

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head who will be responsible for leading, developing, driving and implementing sales strategies and plans that support the organizational sales, growth and profitability goals, and work with the distributor's sales team to achieve sales objectives across all regions in West Malaysia.

CORE EXPERIENCES YOU MUST HAVE

1. To deliver region sales and profitability target and market share objectives

• To achieve monthly and annual sales turnover as per target set (Sell In & Sell-Out target)
• To improve and achieve market share of company products
• To meet distribution (RAO/TDP) target and merchandising objectives for Must Sell SKUs (MSS)

2. Building Sales Organizational & Capability

• Setting direction and regular coaching and engagement to sales team in order to meet company's objectives
