Reporting to SaIes Incentive Team Lead, Global Consumer Financial Services, you will provide support to the Sales Performance & Sales Incentive team to deliver seamless day-to-day operational activities. There is a steep learning curve to understand the workflow, learning new tools for data analytics & stakeholder management.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Calculate the Sales incentives for various Wealth & Retail banking roles across the division
- Assist during the annual incentive planning process by analysing of sales behaviour/ trend, running multiple scenario simulations & doing cost income analysis
- Resolve queries from the front end sales force in a quick and effective manner.
- Understand operational flow and identify key operational risk areas.
